Organizers must accurately identify themselves, the beneficiary, the fundraising purpose and how the target was calculated. Important changes must be disclosed promptly. Campaigns must not manipulate photos, omit material facts or create false urgency.
Obtain permission before publishing another person’s story, image, diagnosis, school information or circumstances. Do not publish complete national-ID numbers, medical-record numbers, home addresses, passwords, PINs or other information that creates avoidable risk.
Do not pressure contributors to bypass Sente Care, falsely claim that an extra payment is required to release funds, or alter a campaign to redirect money to an unverified recipient. Legitimate payment approval never requires sharing a mobile-money PIN with an organizer or staff member.
Users must not probe, disrupt or bypass security; introduce malicious code; scrape personal information; automate fake contributions; create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions; manipulate campaign metrics; or misuse support and reporting systems.
Sente Care may request evidence, limit visibility, pause contributions or payouts, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records and report serious activity to payment providers or competent authorities. Responses should consider severity, intent, history and risk to users.
Report suspected violations through the Contact Us page. Include the campaign link and a factual explanation. Do not submit false reports or use reporting tools to harass organizers.
